Pixantrone

Pixantrone (Pick-san-troan), in clinical trials in the U.S. and Europe, is designed to improve the activity and safety of anthracyclines, a family of widely used agents for the treatment of blood-related cancers.

XYOTAX™

XYOTAX™ (Zi-o-taks), in clinical trials in the U.S. and Europe, links paclitaxel, the active ingredient in Taxol®, to a polyglutamate polymer. Taxol is the world's most widely used cancer drug.

Brostallicin

Brostallicin (Bräst-al-iss-in) in clinical trials in the U.S. and Europe as a single agent and in combination, is a new class of cancer drug — a synthetic DNA minor groove binding agent with a highly selective mechanism of action.

CT-2106

CT-2106, is camptothecin attached to our novel polyglutamate polymer. CT-2106 is the second such agent to enter clinical trials.
